Hello September! We have a three-day weekend ahead with it being Labor Day Weekend!! Although we are still experiencing 90-degree temperatures during the daytime, you can tell fall is in the air with the cool morning and evenings. The big event for this weekend in Charlotte is Duke’s Mayo Classic. NC A&T University will take on NC Central University, one of the greatest rivalry football games for HBCU’s, Saturday at the Bank of America Stadium! There will be several activities going on related to the Duke Mayo Classic such as a step show, day parties and more. There are several other activities going on around the Queen City and surrounding areas to participate in. Activities include comedy shows, outdoor concerts, Haitian Food Festival, other festivals, 10k run at Truist Field, exercise events, scientific shows and much more!
