Hello to another August weekend! I still just cannot get over how fast summer went by!! The weather has cooled off and it’s feeling quite fall-ish already! The season of Fall festivals is fast approaching. Pre-season football games are in full swing with the Panthers playing a game Friday night against the New England Patriots. Watch parties will be going on all over the city including Skiptown, who is also celebrating an anniversary/birthday this weekend! The Charlotte Motor Speedway is hosting the Monster Truck Bash. The biggest event returning to the Queen City this weekend is the Charlotte Pride Festival. Other activities includes: The Queen City Music Jam, festivals, parties, brunch events, food truck events, walking tours, comedy shows, yoga, DIY activities and much more!
