Football season, it is sooooo good to see you!! Labor Day Weekend means the start to the college football season. Here are a few places around the Charlotte-Metro area to watch your favorite college teams play!
Georgia Bulldogs. The No. 1 Bulldogs opened the season in the Aflac Kickoff Game vs. No. 14 Clemson at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta on August 31st where they defeated the Tigers 34-3. Dilworth Grille at 911 East Morehead Street is the go-to spot to watch the Bulldogs play. Clutch Kitchen & Pour House at 601 South Cedar Street is the go to to watch the Clemson Tigers play.
Ohio Buckeyes. The No. 2 Buckeyes opened the season vs. Akron in the Ohio Stadium on August 31st where they defeated the Zips 52-6. Black Finn Ballantyne at 14825 Ballantyne Village Way and Protagonist Beer at 227 Southside Drive is the go-to spot to watch the Buckeyes play.
Texas Longhorns. The No. 4 Longhorns opened the season vs. Colorado State on August 31st at Texas Memorial Stadium where they defeated the Rams 52-0. Ri Ra Irish Pub at 208 North Tryon Street is the go to spot to watch the Longhorns play.
Alabama Crimson Tide. No. 5 Alabama hosted Western Kentucky on August 31st where they defeated the Hilltoppers 63-0. Whiskey Warehouse at 1221 The Plaza is the go to spot to watch the Crimson Tides play.
Ole Miss Rebels. No. 6 Ole Miss hosted Furman on August 31st where they defeated the Paladins 76-0. Carmella’s Pizza Grill at 1513 Montford Drive is the go to watch the Rebels play.
LSU Tigers. No. 13 LSU Tigers played the No. 23 USC Trojans in the Vegas Kickoff Classic on September 1st where they were defeated by the Trojans 27-20. The Elizabeth Parlour Room at 1523 Elizabeth Avenue is the go to spot to watch the Tigers play.
Tennessee Volunteers. No. 15 Volunteers played Chattanooga on August 31st at Neyland Stadium where they defeated the Mocs 69-3. Angry Ale’s at 1518 Montford Drive is the go to spot to watch the Volunteers play!
Texas A&M Aggies. No. 20 Aggies hosted No. 7 Notre Dame on August 31st at Kyle Field where the Fighting Irish defeated the Aggies 23-13. Caswell Station is the go to spot to watch the Aggies play!
