One of my favorite things to do, since I was a teenager, is to attend a good concert. I have missed a few in my lifetime that I greatly regret like Whitney Houston, Michael Jackson & Prince. I try to make it my mission now that if a favorite artist is coming to the Queen City or near that I attend. Here are a few of some of the big names coming to Charlotte this Spring and Summer. These performances are sure to rock Charlotte!
John Mayer – Sob Rock Tour 2022. John Mayer last graced the Queen City in 2019. He returns to the Spectrum Arena on April 11, 2022 at 7:30PM. Special guest Yebba, Abigail Elizabeth Smith, will be taking on the stage as well. Ticket prices range $44.50-$299.50.
Billy Joel. The “Piano Man” makes his long awaited Bank of America Stadium appearance two years after it was first postponed due to COVID-19. The concert begins at 8PM on April 23, 2022. Ticket prices range $109.50-$159.50.
Kenney Chesney. The longtime country staple marks the second big Bank of America Stadium concert of the year, appearing just a week after Billy Joel on April 30, 2022 at 5PM. Ticket prices start at $88+
Mount Westmore Tour features Snoop Dogg, Ice Cube, Too Short & E-40. Some of our favorite West Coast rappers will meet us on the East Coast on May 8, 2022 at the Spectrum Center at 7PM. Ticket prices range $75-$195.
H.E.R. Back of My Mind Tour with Marzz and other special guests. H.E.R. will take the stage at the Charlotte Metro Credit Union Amphitheater on June 23, 2022 at 7:30PM. Ticket prices start at $35+.
The Mix Tape Tour 2022 features New Kids on the Block, En Vogue, Salt-N-Pepa, and Rick Astley. The Spectrum Center will feel like a 90’s reunion on July 12, 2022 starting at 7:30PM. Ticket prices start at $30+
Garth Brooks. After a few cancelled tour dates due to COVID-19, Garth Brooks is set to hit the Bank of America Stadium on July 16, 2022 at 7PM. Ticket prices start at $80+.
