Here’s to another weekend in June! The first day of summer was last week; however, with all the rain and cool temperatures, it surely does not feel like summer at all!! This June has been busy with Father’s Day, Juneteenth, and Pride celebrations. The weather is finally going to warm back up to the 80’s this weekend and we are projected to get a break from the rain. Whooo hooo! There are several activities going on this weekend, perfect for everyone. The annual Durag Festival, in honor of Juneteenth, is still going on through this weekend. Charlotte FC will go against Montreal at the Bank of America stadium on Saturday. Other activities this weekend include: live musical events, theatrical performances, festivals, street markets, comedy show, networking events, Sunday Funday events, and so much more!
