Happy Mother’s Day weekend!! Is anyone else excited about the consistent warm weather that we are finally having in the Queen City! That means time for lots of outdoor activities and pool/beach/lake action! The weather is projected to remain in the 80’s with sunshine this weekend, which of course also means to expect some rain at some point due to the warmer temperatures. There are some big events going on this Mother’s Day weekend. Janet Jackson is at the PNC Pavilion on Friday with her Together Again Tour, a perfect event for all the ladies or anyone who loves Janet Jackson. The Charlotte Knights will be playing the Durham Bulls this weekend at Truist Field. Other activities this weekend include: live musical events, theatrical performances, wine fest and other festivals, pop-up markets, comedy show, Mother’s Day brunches, food truck events and so much more!
